Refund policy

SHIPPING DELAYS: Due to the unprecedented volume and Covid-19 impact on USPS service to include its employees please note that orders are experiencing delays in transit times. We have no control over this and the package status information can be found on your provided tracking number. We do not contact people over the status of there order once it leaves our possession as the tracking number provided is a means for tracking. All questions regarding the whereabouts of a package should be directed to USPS or the carrier used to ship. You may need to contact your local post master. The following states of NY, NJ, PA, CO and TX are experiencing known backlogs. The list of states may increase or decrease daily or weekly. We are offering the ability to ship via FedEx however this service would be at an accessed additional fee. We ship out very promptly and will continue to do so, keep in mind that we have no affiliation with USPS nor do we have any control over the USPS.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds do not include refunds on shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at zurimolds@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the costs of it shipped to you and the cost to ship it back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the order is incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
